Toronto · Midtown · Chef Glenn Cherny
Italian and French catering for offices, weddings, and private tables.
Cooked in our kitchen on St. Clair West.
What we do
One kitchen for boardroom lunches, plated weddings, and grazing boards — Italian pasta and French roast, not a world buffet.
Working lunches, all-hands, and client dinners. Boxed meals or a full buffet line, labelled for allergies, on time for the agenda.
Plated, family-style, or stations. Chef Glenn Cherny writes Italian and French menus to the couple — pasta, roast, salmon, antipasti.
Boards, trays, and heat-and-serve pans for houses, studios, and small offices. We drop it. You host.
The menu
Tagliatelle, antipasti, prime rib, salmon, potato gratin. Chef Glenn Cherny cooks Italian and French — and nothing else.
Tagliatelle, mushrooms, parmesan
Prosciutto, mozzarella, focaccia
Prime rib, Yorkshire pudding, gravy
Sliced roast, potato gratin, beans

Executive Chef
Menus at Spice n Slice Catering are led by Executive Chef Glenn Cherny. Glenn cooks Italian and French only — pasta and risotto for a Forest Hill wedding, roast and salmon for a King West dinner, antipasti and cheese when the room wants to graze.
Every event gets a written quote in CAD, a confirmed guest count, and a packing list that names allergens. Food is cooked for your room, not farmed out to a commissary across town.
How it works
Tell us the date, guest count, Italian or French, and dietary list. Tasting plates available for weddings of 40+.
Fixed written quote in CAD. 50% deposit locks the date, the menu, and the staff.
Chef Glenn Cherny’s kitchen at St. Clair West. Final guest count is due 72 hours before service.
Drop-off or full staff. Leftover packing, chafers collected the next morning if we staffed.

Clients
“They fed 120 in a Distillery loft. Pasta still hot, roast labelled, staff who didn’t hover.”
Amira L. · Corktown
“Boardroom lunch that didn’t taste like a hotel. Allergies handled, boxed, and gone before the 1 p.m. call.”
James P. · Financial District
“Wedding tasting with Chef Glenn, then a plated dinner that actually matched what we signed. No upsell circus.”
